Former Irish Repub Prime Min J M Lynch says on Aug 14 that he is considering quitting as leader of Opposition party because of lapse of memory about Brit spy operations in Irish Repub; memory lapse occurred recently when Lynch, leader of Fianna Fail party, issued denial that his Govt had known about GB's use of 2 Eng brothers, Kenneth and Keith Littlejohn, as spies against illegal IRA; Lynch was then reminded by present coalition Govt that he received information about spying from Brit Govt on Jan 3; Littlejohns were then being held in custody after being accused of robbing Dublin bank, charge for which they were sentenced to heavy prison terms recently; brothers maintained that at time of robbery in Oct '72 they were working on instructions from Brit intelligence to infiltrate and discredit IRA; Lynch, until Aug 13, maintained that he received no official information while in Govt concerning Brit complicity in Littlejohn affair
