Brit Opposition Labor party on Aug 8 requests inquiry into charges that Govt hired 2 Eng brothers with criminal records to spy on IRA; Brit Defense Sec Lord Carrington says in TV int on Aug 7 that brothers, Kenneth and Keith Littlejohn, offered to provide information on arms supplies to IRA and that they were then put in touch with 'appropriate authorities'
