...Probe after man shot in stomach
A garda manhunt was launched yesterday after a man was shot in the stomach overnight. The man, named locally as Liam McGinley (28), with an address in Letterkenny, was in danger of bleeding to death but was rushed to hospital after raising the alarm. He was transferred to the Mater Hospital in Dublin yesterday afternoon but his condition is not thought to be life threatening.
